Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. What is sold here are artworks, prints and editions made by me.
How a contract is formed
Your order is binding once you complete the payment. I confirm it by email, at the latest when the work is on its way.
Editions are small, and once in a while a work is gone before the site catches up, because the last copy went at an exhibition. If that happens I will tell you the same day and refund the full amount.
Prices
All prices are final prices in euro. Worldwide shipping and packaging are included.
As a small business under Austrian law I do not charge VAT.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. You pay on a page hosted by Stripe, not on mine. Your payment details never reach me.

Delivery
I ship worldwide, always with a tracking number.
There are a few places the post does not reach reliably. Should your address turn out to be one of them, I will tell you straight away, and you can either wait for a courier solution or have your money back in full.
I usually ship within three working days of receiving payment, and within ten working days at the latest. How long the parcel then takes is up to the postal service.
Every work is signed by hand and packed in my studio in Vienna. Once your order is on its way you receive a confirmation with the tracking number.
If I cannot keep to that, because I am away from the studio for a while, I will write to you as soon as your order comes in and name the date I can ship. You are free to wait, or to call the purchase off and have your money back straight away.
Delays at the postal service are outside my control. If a parcel takes unusually long or does not arrive at all, tell me and I will look into it.
Customs and import charges outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply. You bear these charges. They are not included in the price and are levied by the authorities of your country, not by me.
Copyright
Buying a work transfers the object, not the rights to it. The copyright in each work, in the image and in the text, stays with me.
Photographing your own piece and showing it, on your wall or on social media, is welcome. Reproducing it, printing it, or using it commercially needs my written permission.
Retention of title
The work remains my property until it has been paid for in full.
If a parcel arrives damaged
Please report transport damage to the delivery service immediately and have it recorded there. Without that record the insurance pays nothing, and there is little I can do afterwards.
Please tell me as well. I will take care of the rest. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this.
Warranty
The statutory warranty under Austrian law applies, two years from delivery.
I give no commercial guarantee beyond that.
Artworks and hand-made prints are individual pieces. Small variations in color, paper texture or deckle edge are part of how they are made and are not defects.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. You bear the cost of returning the work. The details are set out in the right of withdrawal.
Dispute resolution
I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
Please note: the European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
If you buy as a business rather than as a consumer, the courts of Vienna, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
