Your right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
If several works in one order are delivered separately, the period begins with the last of them.
How to withdraw
Tell me your decision in a clear statement, for example informally by email to:

You may use the model form at the end of this page, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the 14 days are over.
What happens then
I will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day your statement reaches me.
The refund goes back by the same means of payment you used for the purchase. No fee is charged to you for this.
I may withhold the refund until the work has come back to me, or until you have provided proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier.
Returning the work
Send the work back to me without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day you declared the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the work off before the 14 days are over.
You bear the direct cost of returning the work. I recommend a tracked and insured shipment, because the work is with you until it reaches me.
Please pack it carefully. The original packaging, if you still have it, is the safest choice. Damage on the way back caused by inadequate packing is your responsibility.
Diminished value
You are liable for any diminished value of the work only if it results from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the work.
Looking at it and unpacking it is free. Hanging, framing, writing on it or leaving it in the sun is not.
